Kuwait International Institute was established in 1998 in association with the American Institute of Professional Studies.  KII specializes in training services with the intention of developing local man power in accordance with the latest methods and advanced technological principles in the following sectors:

It is KII’s responsibility to implement successful strategies implemented by International companies throughout training courses and continually expand in accordance with the needs of Kuwait, the GCC and Middle East region.  KII is considered to be one of Kuwait’s leading companies as for the services, consultancy, activities and vocational training provided which are considered unique.   KII has worked in partnership with the biggest international centers and companies from countries like the USA, UK, Malaysia, Dubai, Lebanon and Egypt to confirm that the most up to date information and methods are utilized using professional staff to satisfy client and customers needs.

KII has worked with GFTC using the best researchers in the region to study the demands of the regional market and its needs in training.  Through this, KII was able to develop and create training programs which best fit the region.  KII’s vision is to ensure on being a lead training institute and consultancy company for different sectors by using the most recent research tools, technological advancements and qualified staff. 

 

Our Strategy

 

The strategy KII follows, is that of a unique technique in which KII continually creates and develops strategies based upon the client’s needs.  This is done based on the exact requirements a client has and is done through integrated systems, business plans and planning before a training course is designed.  Once a training course has been designed and given, follow up is continuous in a dynamic form with the clients.

Security Training 

​

KII has a complete department which specializes in the training of general security.  All trainers are specialized in the security field with 4 to 10 years work experience and are accredited to provide training by lead organizations.  All trainers are Kuwaiti and KII may provide trainers from abroad for those requesting to do so

Security programs are developed in accordance with the client’s nature of work as to ensure their work force will work with professionalism and to best practice.  The nature of the training courses is divided in to units and sub-units in which the client may choose which units will best suit their interest and nature of work.  Training is done in a classroom room environment to ensure best knowledge is received and certain units require out door practical activities.  This allows the workforce to experience actual scenarios they go through in their job.  All units are assessed and candidates attending the training course require to pass to be certified.

The client has the option of having their employees in the training course be certified locally, or they can be certified by internationally recognized awarding bodies.
